“DO NOT CALL” POLICY

It is the policy of Bishop Gold Group, LLC (“BGG”) to respect the request of call recipients who
inform us that they do not wish to receive telemarketing calls or telephone solicitations from BGG.

In compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations: If you do not wish to receive sales
calls from BGG, you may ask us to place your telephone number on BGG’s Do Not Call (“DNC”) List.
We will process your request immediately but please allow up to ten (10) business days for us to remove
your information from active telemarketing and telephone solicitation lists that are in flight.

• Online: You can submit your phone number to add it to BGG’s DNC List. Enter the phone number
  you wish to add to the link on our website located at www.bishopgoldgroup.com. A page will display
  confirming your number has been added to BGG’s DNC list.
• By Phone: Call BGG’s Corporate Line at 1-833-589-8100.
• By Mail: You may make your request in writing.

If you opted into a marketing text message program from BGG, please see our SMS policy which governs
BGG text messages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, such opt-in shall override any prior DNC
request or text message opt-out with respect to marketing text messages. To opt-out of a marketing text
message program, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, REVOKE, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT-OUT or QUIT to
the marketing text message received.

If your information changes, please notify us as soon as possible. When you add your number to our DNC
List, you will remain on our DNC List, until you provide your express invitation or permission to receive
such calls or otherwise advise us that you wish to be removed from our DNC List. Please note that BGG’s
DNC List restricts marketing calls from BGG only, so you may continue to receive calls from other
companies. This written BGG DNC policy is available to any person who requests it.
